Welcome to Solano Mushroom Farm
For more than 40 years, our family farm cultivated mushrooms using organic growing practices and maintained organic certification. Today, while we have chosen not to pursue certification due to the rising costs and administrative requirements, our commitment to responsible cultivation remains unchanged.
We continue to grow our mushrooms using the same thoughtful, sustainable practices that have guided our farm for decades. Every mushroom is cultivated with care, respect for the environment, and a dedication to producing the highest quality product possible.
At Solano Mushroom Farm, we believe that good farming begins with stewardship of the land. Our mushrooms are grown, harvested, dried, and packaged entirely in the United States, allowing us to maintain strict quality standards and complete oversight throughout the process.
We offer both fresh and dried mushrooms, carefully harvested at peak quality. Our dried mushrooms are processed using a low-temperature drying method that helps preserve the natural compounds and nutritional value of the whole fruiting body while providing the convenience of a longer shelf life.
As a family-owned farm, we take pride in providing products that reflect generations of experience, integrity, and respect for the natural world. Whether fresh or dried, every mushroom we produce is grown with the same care and attention that has defined our farm for more than four decades.
